Your clients ask about AI.
You don’t need your own team for it.
I deliver AI automation, website assistants, product advisors and visibility in AI search as a subcontractor, at a fixed price you have in writing beforehand. You remain your client’s contracting party and point of contact.
The requests for AI arrive before the team for it exists.
What you can pass on.
Every building block has a list price and its own page you can show your client. As a subcontractor you buy 15% below it.
Process Check
Which of your client’s processes is worth automating and what it costs.
02AI Sprint (n8n)
One business process automated, with 30 days of adjustments.
03Website Assistant
Guidance on the website, without a language model and without running token costs.
04AI Product Advisor
Product selection in the shop: code decides, AI phrases, a check layer verifies.
05Shop Landing Pages
SEO and GEO pages alongside an existing shop, without touching the shop system.
06AI Visibility Audit
How ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity mention your client’s brand, and why.
07Prototype instead of a spec
Working core flows before the big project is commissioned.
08Agent Operations
Ongoing quality checks for AI agents, including ones built by others.
What you can rely on.
Subcontracting only works if your access to the client is protected. These commitments apply to every project.
Your client stays your client
I do not approach them directly or offer them anything behind your back, not even after the project. If they contact me, I refer them to you.
Without my name, if you prefer
No logo and no Pragma signature towards the end client. If I join meetings, I do so as part of your project team, never under a false name and never as your employee.
Fixed price, not hours
The price is fixed in writing before work starts. Anything beyond the brief gets its own price up front instead of quietly raising the invoice.
Rights of use transfer
On payment, the rights of use to code, workflows and documentation transfer in full. Nothing stays tied to me.
No lock-in
No framework contract and no minimum volume. You decide per project whether and how we work together.
Requests in both directions
What does not fit me, such as TYPO3 or Shopware development, classic PHP or native apps, I pass on to partners. If a request fits you, it goes to you.
Two ways, neither with lock-in.
You decide per project. The basis is the list prices on Packages & Pricing; all amounts excluding VAT.
You buy the building block at the agency price, resell it at your price and keep the margin. I work for you, not for your client.
You make the introduction; I handle the quote, delivery and invoicing. If it turns into an order, you receive 10% of the first order value.
From the first call to handover.
The same for every building block. You know beforehand what comes and what it costs.
Describe the case
You describe what your client needs. In 20 minutes we clarify whether it fits, and I say so if it does not.
Brief
What is in, what is out and what comes later (must / could / later). It is the basis for the price.
Fixed price
You receive the fixed price in writing, with deliverables and payment schedule. Only then does work begin.
Delivery
I build, you see interim results and accept them. Questions for your client go through you.
Handover
Code, workflows and documentation. The rights of use transfer in full.
How you can check the work.
Two client projects whose owners agreed to be named, and a clearly labelled prototype.
Landing pages alongside a JTL shop
Five SEO landing pages in a subfolder next to the existing JTL shop, without touching the shop system. On mobile the landing pages score 99–100 on PageSpeed with an LCP of 1.2–1.7 s; the shop homepage scores 49 at 12.5 s.
Google PageSpeed Insights, mobile, median of 3 runs, 18 Oct 2026.
Practice website moved from MODX to Astro
The existing site moved to Astro, with an editing interface the practice uses to maintain content itself, plus partner pages with their own video. All 41 old URLs still resolve.
Live since October 2026.
Product advisor on 890 real variants
Code decides, a language model phrases, a check layer verifies. 26 automated test cases, 1.3–3.5 s per answer.
Measured on the prototype. Not a client order, not in operation; the brand is anonymised.
Frequently asked.
Limits included, so you know when working together is the wrong fit.
How exactly does white-label work?
Who is responsible to whom?
What if your client contacts you directly?
Can I set my own price?
Which projects are not a fit?
Which projects can I show my client?
Is there a case on your desk right now?
In 20 minutes we clarify whether it fits a building block, what it costs and how we split the work.
