How quickly will I get a reply?

Usually within eight working hours on a business day. Because you talk to the maker and not a sales team, there is no hand-off and no waiting in a queue.

Can we work in English?

Yes. Projects run in English or German, whichever suits your team. The work is 100% remote across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with on-site strategy workshops possible by arrangement for larger engagements.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes — the discovery call and the written scope that follows are free and non-binding. You only commit once the scope, budget and timeline are agreed in writing.

What should I prepare for the call?

Nothing formal. A short description of the problem, your current stack or website if relevant, and a rough budget range help us get to a useful answer faster — but we can also figure that out together on the call.
